Serve Up this Delicious Maple Crunch Chicken Dish!

Maple Crunch Chicken



1/2 cup margarine

1 cup instant oatmeal

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 eggs

1/4 cup pure maple syrup

1 fryer chicken, cut into pieces



Melt margarine in a pan in 350°F oven. Mix together oatmeal and salt. Beat eggs with maple syrup. Dip chicken pieces into the egg mixture and then into oatmeal. Place chicken in a pan with margarine and bake until tender, turning 2-3 times.
