Pumpkin Pancakes
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked pumpkin
2 eggs
1 1/2 pints milk
Salt
Flour (enough to make a good batter)
2 teaspoons baking powder
Directions:
Mix together the cooked and cooled pumpkin, eggs, milk, baking powder, a little salt, and flour to make good batter. Beat until smooth and cook on the griddle.
