Green Bean Vinaigrette Recipe

Green Bean Vinaigrette



3 cups fresh green beans or 1 (1 lb.) bag frozen green beans, thawed

1 (14 oz.) jar pimentos, drained

1 tablespoon minced chives

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, or to taste

1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon honey

1 clove garlic, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste



In a medium bowl, mix together green beans, pimentos, and chives. In a separate small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, honey, and garlic, then toss into the green beans. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
