Apple Stuffing
Ingredients:
1/2 pint unsweetened fresh applesauce
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Powdered sage, to taste
Small chopped onion
Cayenne pepper, to taste
Directions:
Mix together 1/2 pint of unsweetened apple sauce, bread crumbs, powdered sage (to taste), and chopped onion. Season with the cayenne pepper.
This apple stuffing is ideal for stuffing roast geese, ducks, Cornish hen, or turkey.
