Going vegan doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy pizza. And with Wrawps, you can even do it raw. The recipe below as featured in The Vegan Challenge is the basic pizza recipe. Feel free to add your favorite herbs to the sauce and to change the toppings to your heart’s desires. The options are plenty!
Raw Traditional Pizza
Ingredients
1 Original WrawP pizza crust
3 mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons sliced red onions
4 sliced olives
¼ cup of spinach
Sauce
2 tomatoes, chopped
4–5 dates
4–5 sun-dried tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 capful olive oil
Oregano/basil
Directions
Blend all sauce ingredients together in a high-speed blender until smooth. Spread sauce on top of Original WrawP pizza crust. Add dash of oregano and basil on top of sauce. Place spinach on top of the sauce and top with mushrooms, red onions, and olives. Enjoy!
