Homemade Protein Bars Recipe from The Body Sculpting Bible for Men

Homemade Protein Bars

Power up for your workouts with these homemade protein bars from the authors of the popular The Body Sculpting Bible for Men.

Ingredients:

2 cups dry old-fashioned oats

4 scoops whey protein powder

1/2 cup all-natural peanut butter

Approximately 6 tablespoons water

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. It’s easiest to do this by hand. The dough should be fairly stiff. Form it into bars on wax paper. Freeze the protein bars for 30 minutes or chill them in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
