(Print Year: 2007, Revised Edition, Page #: 315)In Weeks 5 & 6 of the workout, on Day 2 in Giant Set #2 the amount of reps prescribed for both of the Shoulder exercises (Dumbell Shoulder Press and Bent Over Lateral Raise) is 15-25.My question is: Are the shoulders the types of muscles that you want to exercise with high reps with dumbells?I can understand why calves and abs can take high reps, but I did not know the shoulder was that type of muscle also.Thanks!CarlosJuly 24, 2013 at 7:42 pm #858 Hugo RiveraParticipantHi Carlos and thank you so much for using the BSB!That is a typo my friend.
