    I have a specific question about the form of the Barbell close-grip press, aka close grip barbell bench press. It is listed as variation of the EZ Curl close grip press on page 250 of BSB third edition. My question is, should I squeeze my shoulder blades together throughout this exercise like the close grip dumbbell press and chest exercises? I am primarily targeting triceps.
