I just purchased the Body Sculpting Bible for Men, and the information is great. I do have two questions: The workout plan outlined is for 14 days, and the diet plan is for 4 weeks. So after those times, do we start all over again? So for the diet it’s two weeks low-calorie, two weeks high calorie, then back to two weeks low calorie (ad infinitum)? Same question applies to the workout plan.
In regards to the diet, yes, you can start with 2 weeks high, 2 weeks low. If in the future you want to push your levels of leanness to a new level (say from 10% body fat to 6%), then you would switch to the carb cycling protocol. Otherwise, stay with the 2 wk low/2 wk high strategy.
As far as the workouts, there are many 6 week BSB workouts that you can choose from so once you go through 6 weeks of one, see if you want to repeat it or try any of the other options.
