I am having a hard time understanding this book how long are you suppose to take between excises and sets.In the build muscle stamina part is that suppose to be done all at once or spreed out thou the day and the subs for swimming how do you know how long it takes you to swim if you have no water to see do I just guess?The way the book is just left open so to speak are you suppose to just do all this at your own pace?
