    I am doing the Body Sculpting Bible for Men book’s ’14-Day Body Sculpting Workout #1′. (Print Year: 2007, Revised Edition, Page #: 315)

    In Weeks 5 & 6 of the workout, on Day 2 in Giant Set #2 the amount of reps prescribed for both of the Shoulder exercises (Dumbell Shoulder Press and Bent Over Lateral Raise) is 15-25.

    My question is: Are the shoulders the types of muscles that you want to exercise with high reps with dumbells?

    I can understand why calves and abs can take high reps, but I did not know the shoulder was that type of muscle also.

    That is a typo my friend. I apologize for that. The correct rep ranges are 8-10, as the majority of the other muscle groups.
