(Print Year: 2007, Revised Edition, Page #: 315) In Weeks 5 & 6 of the workout, on Day 2 in Giant Set #2 the amount of reps prescribed for both of the Shoulder exercises (Dumbell Shoulder Press and Bent Over Lateral Raise) is 15-25. My question is: Are the shoulders the types of muscles that you want to exercise with high reps with dumbells? I can understand why calves and abs can take high reps, but I did not know the shoulder was that type of muscle also. Thanks! Carlos This topic was modified 4 years, 4 months ago by elcucococo.
