I just bought The Complete Guide to Navy Seal Fitness and read through it. I want to start with the beginners workout and progress on to the the other two workouts. On day two of the 30 day beginner workout it says to do the shoulder workout, but I cannot find where the workout is in the workout section or book. I think an index would be helpful in a future edition. I know this is not an entirely big deal and I am very impressed with all of the information in the book, especially the running and swim training. Any direction would be extremely helpful.
Is it in physical book or a digital one? Navy Seal fitness is in fact way hard than any individual programs, this is mostly been use by military as they are bound to always conquer with obstacle, so their workout training must be difficult that we knew.
