    Greetings all,

    I have started Smith’s Maximum Fitness – I am 6 weeks into the first section (PT no weights).

    It seems that if I eat more, my waist gets flab but my legs and arms don’t grow. (5’10” 155 pounds, age 42)

    I can mostly complete the squats, lunges, chair dips, and push ups but CANNOT even get close to completing dips, pull ups or the running. Should I struggle through the entire 1st phase and then repeat, or should I go back to the beginning now?

    How long should each workout take including the stretching?

    Any comments on sleep / fatigue?
